Kyle P. King, Esquire

Mr. King is an experienced trial attorney and the founder of King Law Firm, P.A. As a member of the Florida Bar he is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida. He is also admitted to the United States District Court (Middle District of Florida) and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Sports and Entertainment Section of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, American Inns of Court, and the Orange and Brevard County Bar Associations. After earning a Juris Doctorate Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Cleveland, Ohio) in 1993, Mr. King began practicing law in Florida that same year. As a criminal trial lawyer with the Public Defender's Office (18th judicial circuit) he aggressively represented thousands of clients in matters ranging from serious Felonies to DUI's, Misdemeanors and Traffic cases. In 1995 Mr. King became associated with the Brevard County Attorney's Office as an Assistant County Attorney where he served for over five years as in-house counsel to the Board of County Commissioners and over 2,000 employees. There, Mr. King litigated a wide variety of complex civil matters and prosecuted criminal and administrative cases impacting the County's interests.

Mr. King serves on the Board of Directors for Cancer Care Centers and volunteers his time as a youth basketball coach for the Police Athletic League.




Toyna L. Young, Esquire

Ms. Young is licensed to practice in all State Courts of Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court (Middle District of Florida). She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the National Association of Counsel for Children. Ms. Young practices in the areas of family law (divorces, child custody, and child support litigation), juvenile law, criminal law, and appellate law. She is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Law and is a professor at Orlando's Barry University School of Law, teaching in the areas of legal research and writing, children's law, professional responsibility and appellate advocacy.

Ms. Young serves on the Board of Directors of the Adrienne "AJ" Johnson Foundation.
